【Carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido】
The soybeans are the “Yukishizuka” variety from Hokkaido, characterized by a plump and soft small-grain type. The natto bacteria are cultivated in-house using Hokkaido-produced rice straw, offering a gentle flavor with minimal odor. Water is sourced from the Kuttara mountain range using a dedicated water activation device. This ensures high-quality water which activates the natto bacteria. The sauce is a special blend of Hokkaido-produced kombu (kelp) and bonito dashi, with a commitment to no chemical seasonings.
